Assistant Outlet Manager

1. Assist in leading, mentoring, and training the food and beverage operations team
2. Collaborate with the Outlet Manager to implement and maintain brand standards
3. Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cost control
4. Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
5. Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
6. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, address issues, and motivate staff
7. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and guest satisfaction
8. Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
9. Support the Outlet Manager in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
10. Actively participate in menu planning and pricing strategies
