The Hilton Columbus Downtown is currently seeking an Executive Sous Chef to oversee both our Gallerie Bar & Bistro restaurant as well as The Market/Provisions on High “Grab & Go” Cafes to join our award-winning property.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 2 years of high-volume production experience, a natural leadership ability and previous experience with ordering and creating production guides. The preferred candidate will possess fine dining experience, a wide knowledge of various cuisine styles and a positive approach to hospitality.
This is a Full-Time position, candidates must have full availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
