This position will report to the General Manager, and will be the main responsible for the Revenue strategy of the assigned hotel, lead Commercial Strategy and Performance Meetings, conduct special projects as assigned, managing rooms inventory, rates and Revenue Management systems to maximize Total Revenue and Market Share, forecasting, budgeting, business planning, the preparation of month end and ad-hoc analysis and the communication of rates, restrictions and strategies to the assigned property. The individual holding this position is responsible for team supervision and training, including but not limited to Cluster Revenue Analyst and Reservations Supervisor.
What will I be doing?
As the Senior Revenue Manager, you would be responsible for monitoring, managing and maintaining group and transient inventories to ensure the most effective and efficient balance between demand and availability in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
