Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and ensuring a seamless restaurant operation? We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Full-Time F&B Supervisor to join our team at the Olympic Hotel. This role will work in all aspects of the dining and floor service of our venues. If you have a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to creating an unforgettable guest experience, we’d love to have you on board!

Key responsibilities: 

• Supervise daily food and beverage operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and health regulations
• Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver excellent service and improve performance
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to ensure efficient operations
• Adhere & uphold Fairmont Olympic Hotel service standards
• Strive to create a memorable experience and “Turn Moments into Memories” for guests
• Participate in Staff Trainings and Product Knowledge Development
• Perform opening and/or closing duties
• Shift-Coverage of colleagues as needed
• Ability to suggest coaching & disciplinary action for colleagues
• Ensure cleanliness, health & safety protocols, and EHC standards are always met
• Conduct daily briefings and motivate colleagues
• Resolve service & product guest recoveries following standard procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Outlets. IE. Administrative duties, assisting in all aspects of the operation

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

• Minimum 2 years restaurant/bar experience preferred
• Prior supervisory experience is considered an asset
