Front Office & Reservations Coordinator

Job Description

 

How does your working day look like …

  • You review and process reservations to ensure that every booking is correctly recorded in the system.
  • You check arrivals for the upcoming days, identify special requests early on, and prepare the team accordingly.
  • You keep an eye on credit cards and guarantees and make sure our bookings are properly secured.
  • You handle administrative tasks in the Front Office and Reservations – working in a structured, efficient way and with great attention to detail.
  • You monitor our TrustYou reviews and online platforms and support the handling of guest feedback.
  • When things get busy at the reception desk, you step in operationally at the Front Office and support the team in guest interactions.

 

Qualifications

  • You have completed training in the hotel industry, gained professional experience and speak fluent German and English
  • You work independently, are reliable and always think one step ahead
  • You are a team player, think in a solution-oriented manner and are also willing to lend a hand
  • You are a doer – and even if you do it wrong sometimes, you openly admit it
  • You bring not just bringing your abilities, but also your character
