Food Runner

Shift Pattern: This is a union position, open AM availability required, shifts typically start at 5:30 AM, anticipate around 2 shifts per week

Hourly Rate: Probationary Rate = $24.92 per hour; Full Rate (After 90 Days): $33.23 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Buffet Food Runner, you would be responsible for maintaining and transporting all food to guest rooms in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Prepare food and beverage items in accordance with buffet set up standards
• Transport food items to buffet line
• Check, maintain and control inventory of food items
• Perform general cleaning to maintain cleanliness of work area
