In Room Dining Server (Seasonal Part Time until October 1, 2026)
You are an ambassador for the exceptional service and cuisine that are hallmarks of our food & beverage experience. Your warm, personal attention and knowledge of our outstanding offerings makes guests feel unique and valued.

What you will be doing:

• Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
• Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions, menu items and preparation methods
• 24 hour operation including shifts in the morning, afternoon, evenings and includes overnight shifts (11pm – 730am)
• Cashiering, taking orders over the telephone and organizing the daily deliveries
• Delivering orders and complimentary gifts to guest rooms
• Setting up and working functions in guest rooms for up to 15 guests
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
• Other duties as assigned

Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):

• Constant standing and walking throughout shift
• Frequent lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs
• Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting
• Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, and ramps

Your experience and skills include:

• Must be able to work in a fast paced, busy environment including overnight shifts (11pm – 730am)
• 6 months previous food & beverage experience required preferably in a similar setting
• Must have ProServe certification
• Wine and cocktail knowledge an asset
• POS knowledge an asset
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 40+lbs and able to constantly stand and walk throughout shift

Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining work authorization documents
