To achieve this, we are looking for a  Receptionist  to join our team and be the first impression of exceptional service, conveying hospitality, professionalism and warmth from the very first moment.

Job Mission:

To provide personalized and efficient service to guests throughout their arrival, stay and departure, guaranteeing a memorable experience aligned with the highest standards of luxury and hospitality.

What will you have to do?

• Perform check-in and check-out in an agile, friendly and professional manner, ensuring a warm welcome and an excellent farewell.
• Provide information about the hotel’s services, facilities, activities and local environment.
• Answer phone calls and manage reservations, modifications or special requests from guests.
• Proactively resolve incidents or requests, coordinating with different departments to ensure an effective response.
• Handle collections, deposits and billing accurately, following established protocols.
• Comply with the hotel’s security procedures, data protection and quality policies.

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience in hotel reception, preferably in 4 or 5 star establishments.
• Excellent presence, communication skills and customer focus.
• Operational knowledge of hotel management programs (experience with Opera, Protel, or others is a plus).
• High level of English (essential); other languages ​​such as German or French will be valued.
• Organized, decisive person with the ability to work in a team and under pressure.
• Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
