The intern will be part of the Quality department  , a key area in creating personalized experiences and exclusive services for guests of the Gran Meliá Palacio de los Duques Hotel . Their role will consist of supporting the team in managing customer service, welcoming guests, following up with them, and fostering loyalty, ensuring they enjoy an exceptional stay in line with the high standards of the Gran Meliá brand.

 

 

Main functions:

 

  • Assist in managing special requests (amenities, preferences, celebrations, transportation, restaurants, cultural experiences, etc.).
  • Personalized follow-up for VIP, RedLevel and regular customers to guarantee their satisfaction during their stay.
  • Collaborate in the preparation of welcome gifts, personalized letters, special details and high-level amenities.
  • Manage guest information and preferences in internal systems.
  • Support the team in resolving incidents, ensuring agile communication with all departments involved.
  • Accompany guests on tours, provide local recommendations and orientation within the hotel.
  • Participate in measuring customer satisfaction, including surveys, analyzing feedback, and preparing daily reports.
  • Support internal projects to improve guest experience, create new services and loyalty programs.

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Be a student of Tourism, Protocol, Communication, Public Relations, Hotel Management or similar areas.
  • Passion for customer service and the luxury sector.
  • High level of English; other languages ​​will be valued.
  • Proactive attitude, adaptability, and attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of computer tools and a desire to learn hotel systems.
