At Meliá Hotels International we are looking for an Outlet Manager for our Hotel MiM Mallorca, Meliá Collection , a new opening in the coastal area of ​​S’Illot.   

Job Mission:  Reporting to the Hotel’s F&B Manager, your mission will be to organize and supervise the activities of the staff under their responsibility to ensure the quality of service offered to the customer in the hotel’s restaurants and bars in order to contribute to the achievement of its food and beverage ratios and the hotel’s economic, quality, work environment, people development and operational objectives.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar position at MHI or 4/5* hotels.
• University education relevant to the position (hospitality, tourism or similar).
• Operational knowledge (buffet, à la carte…) and in event management.
• Ability to foster additional income initiatives in the department.
• Teamwork, planning, goal and customer orientation, and leadership.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• High level of English. Knowledge of other languages ​​will be considered an asset.
