MISSION: Responsible for ensuring the achievement of Sales objectives for all segments of all hotels integrated in the Zone, as well as the management and development of the zone’s sales team (internal and external sales)

 

Functions:

  • Develop the commercial strategy for the hotels under your responsibility, ensuring it aligns with each hotel’s Business Plan. Prepare the revenue budget in conjunction with the area’s Revenue Management team and the area’s Operations Director (and for independent hotels not integrated into CO).
  • Ensure the effective marketing of hotels in your area across all business segments and markets, working closely with your sales team and communicating hotel needs to the relevant segment managers. Directly responsible for the development and performance of local accounts not yet fully developed for segment account managers.
  • Ensure that Segment Directors are aware of the needs of each hotel in their Commercial Zone so that these needs are taken into account when developing Segment and Account Manager action plans.
  • Define the revenue targets for the hotels in your Commercial Zone along with Zone Revenue for subsequent validation by the Operations Center Director or GMs (in the case of independent hotels not integrated into an Operations Center).
  • Monitor the achievement of sales targets set for the hotels in your assigned territory and coordinate the necessary actions to reach them. Activate the necessary levers directly or through the Sales Partner with the leaders of the relevant segments for your hotels (High End, Leisure, BT & MICE, and E-Commerce).

 

What are we looking for?

Education: Degree in Tourism, Hospitality or similar.

Ability to make decisions and establish the sales department strategy for the region where it operates.

Knowledge and business contacts for B2B, Corporate and MICE.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Problem-solving profile and results-oriented, customer-oriented and analytical skills.

Availability to travel.
