Responsable de supervisar diariamente las labores del personal de camaristas y áreas públicas, asegurando que las habitaciones y espacios asignados cumplan con los estándares establecidos de limpieza, mantenimiento, presentación, higiene y seguridad. Coordina la correcta ejecución de procedimientos operativos, reporta oportunamente cualquier desperfecto o anomalía a los departamentos correspondientes y mantiene una comunicación efectiva con Recepción, Mantenimiento y demás áreas involucradas.
Asimismo, capacita, orienta y evalúa al personal a su cargo, controla inventarios de suministros y amenidades, gestiona reportes y bitácoras operativas, y atiende solicitudes especiales de huéspedes, dando seguimiento puntual para garantizar una experiencia de servicio excepcional.
