Director of Sales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and lead the overarching sales strategy to achieve the hotel’s revenue and market share targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and performance-manage the sales team to ensure individual and departmental goals are met.
  • Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with key corporate accounts, travel management companies, and event planners.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor strategies, and new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with Revenue Management and Marketing to optimize pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.

 

Qualifications

 

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in hospitality sales, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets and driving market share growth.
  • Established network of corporate, travel industry, and MICE contacts.
