Guest Attendant

As Guest Attendant, you will play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences by ensuring guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and luxury. With a strong attention to detail and pride in your work, you will help create a welcoming environment where guests feel at home from the moment they arrive.

What you will be doing:

  • Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to hotel standards and procedures
  • Ensure all guest rooms are prepared and presented to the highest level of cleanliness and luxury presentation
  • Take initiative to add a personalized experience for the guest
  • Take ownership of guests’ privacy and belongings, while ensuring exceptional service
  • Report maintenance concerns, damages, or missing items to the appropriate department
  • Ensure all equipment and cleaning tools are used safely and maintained properly
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and collaborate with colleagues to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards
  • Maintain positive communication with the Housekeeping team and other departments
  • Other duties assigned
