Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, the Business Development Executive will drive revenue for Novotel and ibis Melbourne Central, with a strong focus on MICE and group business and partnering with existing suppliers (such as PCO’s & TMC’s )
This role combines proactive business development and reactive sales, managing incoming enquiries while actively identifying and securing new opportunities within the meetings, conferences, events and group segments. You will build strong client relationships, convert enquiries into confirmed business, and contribute to achieving the hotels’ revenue targets.
