Based at the Mandarin Oriental New York within the Food and Beverage Department in New York The Bar/Beverage Manager maintain the overall day to day operation and long-term outlook of the Bar, while creating a pleasant dining environment and experience.
As Bar/Beverage Manager, you will responsible for the following duties:
· Support company’s philosophy and company culture through the use of Pillars of Legendary Quality Experiences on a daily basis to ensure Guest Satisfaction and the achievement of our Mission Statement
· Support company’s philosophy and company culture through the use of Departmental Legendary Quality Experiences on a daily basis to ensure Guest Satisfaction and the achievement of our Mission Statement
· Support company’s philosophy and company culture through the use of Guiding Principles.
· Maintain and update as necessary the beverage offerings at the Bar and the Lounge
· Trains, evaluates and schedules Bartenders and Servers
· Supervise the maintenance and cleanliness of the Bar
· Manage proper staffing level.
