Hourly Rate:  $16.00

What you will be doing:

• Serve, clear and re-set tables in a timely manner, while adhering to Fairmont Hotels and Resorts standards
• Assist guest regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
• Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
• Ensure that overall cleanliness and maintenance of our banquet venues exceeds expectation
• Ensure the delivery of excellent service in banquet functions and meeting events
• Set-up and breakdown of functions and meeting events
• Provide any service required by the guests on the banquet floor
• Check service stations for necessary equipment and set up: food, beverages, ice, dishes, and utensils; replenish as needed
• Adhere to the State of Hawaii food handling safety standards
• Maintain atmosphere of aloha spirit by providing engaging, personalized, timely, and efficient service to our discerning guests
