Dim Sum Chef

Job Description

 

Prepare and present high-quality dim sum in line with hotel standards, ensuring consistency, food safety, and guest satisfaction.

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dim sum dishes
  • Maintain quality, taste, and presentation standards
  • Ensure hygiene and food safety compliance (HACCP)
  • Control food cost and minimize waste
  • Support kitchen operations and teamwork
  • Assist in menu development and staff training

 

Qualifications

 

  • Experience as a Dim Sum Chef or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of dim sum techniques
  • Team player with good time management
  • Ability to work under pressure and flexible shifts
