Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane are looking for a Demi Chef de Partie to join Bar Antoine.
Chef Alléno is one of France’s most celebrated and inventive chefs, holding seventeen Michelin stars across his nineteen restaurants. His work has been recognised by The World’s 50 Best Restaurants, with Le 1947 at Cheval Blanc in Courchevel and Pavillon Ledoyen in Paris both reaching as high as twenty fifth place. Bar Antoine reflects his playful and expressive approach to Modern French cuisine, bringing together classic technique with London’s rich culinary influences to create an exceptional and contemporary dining experience.
