The Hotel Manager serves as a key executive leader, responsible for the day-to-day operations of Signia Indianapolis. This role partners closely with the General Manager to uphold brand excellence, operational integrity, and financial performance—while cultivating a culture of service, engagement, and distinction. You will lead with presence and purpose, ensuring operational excellence across all departments, while inspiring teams to consistently exceed guest expectations and financial objectives.

• Oversee all daily hotel operations, ensuring flawless execution aligned with Signia brand standards.
• Drive exceptional guest satisfaction through elevated service culture and attention to detail.
• Lead financial performance, ensuring the hotel meets and exceeds profitability and operational goals.
• Foster a highly engaged, service-driven team culture with a focus on talent development, coaching, and succession planning.
• Act as the senior operational leader in the absence of the General Manager.
• Serve as a trusted partner to ownership and corporate leadership, participating in strategic planning and performance reviews.
