Como Supervisor(a) de Alimentos e Bebidas, você será responsável por supervisionar as operações dos pontos de venda, assegurando a excelência no atendimento e na experiência dos hóspedes e da equipe. Também será responsável por comunicar e delegar tarefas ao time, garantindo o cumprimento das metas do departamento.
Especificamente, você será responsável por executar as seguintes atividades com os mais altos padrões:
Supervisionar as operações dos pontos de venda de Alimentos e Bebidas
Comunicar e delegar tarefas à equipe
Garantir o cumprimento dos padrões da marca
Gerenciar solicitações e dúvidas dos hóspedes de forma ágil e eficiente
Representar as necessidades da equipe junto à liderança
Apoiar a gestão de Alimentos e Bebidas no alcance das metas financeiras
Auxiliar no treinamento e desenvolvimento dos membros da equipe
Apoiar nas avaliações de desempenho anuais e semestrais da equipe sob sua responsabilidade
Cumprir as normas de segurança do hotel, prevenção de incêndio e legislação de saúde e segurança
Atuar com consciência ambiental
Apoiar outros departamentos sempre que necessário e manter um bom relacionamento de trabalho
