Barista

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Barista to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. In this role, you’ll be the heart of our café operation, crafting exceptional coffee beverages while delivering outstanding customer service in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You’ll work collaboratively with our team to create memorable experiences for every guest who walks through our doors, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

• Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages and specialty coffee drinks with precision and consistency
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment to ensure optimal performance and cleanliness
• Provide friendly, welcoming, and efficient customer service, taking orders and addressing customer needs with empathy and professionalism
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Assist in other areas of food and beverage operations as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a collaborative team spirit
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems while managing cash and payment methods responsibly
• Take initiative to ensure all customer interactions are positive, efficient, and leave a lasting impression
• Work effectively during peak hours while maintaining composure and attention to detail in a high-volume environment
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to support smooth daily operations
• Contribute to a welcoming café atmosphere through professional grooming, presentation, and inclusive behavior toward all guests

• Genuine passion for coffee and proven barista skills with experience in a high-volume café or restaurant environment
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards and attent
