Role
We are currently looking for a Waiter to join our team in the Mirror Room Restaurant at Rosewood London. Our Waiters are entrusted to create memorable dining experiences for our guests.
Key expectations of this role are
- Ensuring appropriate Mise en place for the different meal periods.
- Efficiently delivering an engaging, refined, and intuitive service.
- Delivering all aspects of the guest experience in the restaurant according to Rosewood standards.
- Effectively communicating and prioritising tasks in a sophisticated environment.
- Having a thorough knowledge of all products offered by the restaurant.
Profile
- The ability to work in a team and build relationships with the others.
- Being organised and proactive in managing your tasks.
- Refined grooming.
- Having a passion for guest service and taking ownership of the guest experience.
- A basic understanding of how to run a section as a Waiter in a sophisticated environment.
