As our Concierge, you are the master of the WOW factor, welcoming our guests and ensuring their stay is nothing short of spectacular. From making restaurant reservations to organizing ski adventures, you handle it all with grace and efficiency. You tackle guest complaints with a smile, turning any hiccup into a memorable moment. Your role is to drive the Whatever Whenever service philosophy, ensuring that every guest experience is warm, welcoming, and filled with WOW moments.

Experience: You’ve got a background in Concierge/Guest Services within a high-end, lifestyle-focused environment.
People Skills: Your positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills light up any room.
Creativity: You’re always thinking outside the box and embrace change with open arms.
Languages: Fluent in French and English.
Motivation: You’re highly motivated and enthusiastic.
Brand Enthusiast: You share our passion for sound, taste, body, scene, and stance.
Local Guru: You’re always in the know about the latest and greatest activities around.
Go-to Person: Guests see you as the key to unlocking an unforgettable experience.
Position to be filled for the Winter season : December 2026 to March 2027
