Responsabilités principales:
• Concevoir, coordonner et sublimer des événements uniques incarnant l’élégance française et l’excellence Sofitel, pour offrir à chaque client une expérience sur-mesure, fluide et mémorable
• Assurer la vente, l’organisation et le bon déroulement des manifestations du premier contact client à la facturation
• Apporter de manière analytique et stratégique les besoins de l’établissement selon les périodes
• Sécuriser le chiffre d’affaires séminaires et banquets dans le respect des procédures d’audits internes et de crédit management
• Participer activement aux évènements de l’hôtel
• Offrir au client une relation personnalisée et durable tout en optimisant le chiffre d’affaire
• Effectuer le suivi de la qualité du service offert à la clientèle lors des séminaires et manifestations
• Etre présent auprès du client pendant toute la durée de la manifestation et s’assurer de son bon déroulement
• Etre force de propositions sur des actions commerciales tout en respectant la politique tarifaire et les procédures de l’hôtel et de la marque Sofitel
