Talent Acquisition Manager

As Talent Acquisition Manager, your interpersonal and networking skills will develop an outstanding talent pool to ensure the hotel and region is appropriately staffed at all times with talented colleagues.

Salary Range: $77,000 – $85,000 gross annually, dependent on experience and education

Job Duties Include:

  • Lead, manage, and execute, with a hands-on approach, the day-to-day recruitment activities, and lead the onboarding and pre-arrival process for all candidates and colleagues
  • Ensure all Fairmont and Accor policies associated to recruitment, as well as legal regulations, are in compliance
  • Support and develop two Talent Acquisition Coordinators
  • Coach, support, and follow-up with department heads and hiring managers on recruitment methods, departmental interviews and applicable legislation
  • Ensure clear communication and reporting processes with the Hotels operations and local P&C teams
  • Oversee the request and approval of job requisitions
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the local job market to anticipate challenging vacancies, and utilize the most suitable candidate sourcing methods
