Complex Assistant Director Human Resources

Our Hiton Union Square property in the largest in the Bay Area with 1921 rooms, over 150,000 square feet of meeting space with 44 meeting rooms. Due to a recent promotion the Hilton San Francisco Union Square and Parc 55, A Hilton Hotel are looking for a dynamic professional to join their team as the Complex Assistant Director of Human Resources. A Complex Assistant Director of Human Resources is responsible for assisting the Director in the direction and administration of the Human Resources function in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

The ideal candidate will be collaborative with many different teams on property with a focus on employment agreements, labor management, and recognition programs. Union experience within a hotel environment is a plus.

  • Previous experience working in Human Resources is required.
  • Candidates must have at least one year of Human Resources Management experience.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required.
  • Previous hotel hospitality experience is highly desired.
  • Union experience is a plus.

Salary range for this position is: $105,000 – $115,000.
