Due to a recent promotion the Hilton San Francisco Union Square and Parc 55, A Hilton Hotel are looking for a dynamic professional to join their team as the Complex Assistant Director of Human Resources. A Complex Assistant Director of Human Resources is responsible for assisting the Director in the direction and administration of the Human Resources function in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
The ideal candidate will be collaborative with many different teams on property with a focus on employment agreements, labor management, and recognition programs. Union experience within a hotel environment is a plus.
Salary range for this position is: $105,000 – $115,000.
