The People & Culture Coordinator is an essential member of the resort’s People & Culture (P&C) team and reports to the Assistant Director, People & Culture. This role supports all aspects of the hotel’s People & Culture strategy, including recruitment, onboarding, training, employee engagement, administration, and colleague lifecycle support.
