About the job
Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo / within the Signature, our French Fine Dining, the Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for, but not limited to, the overall operation each Restaurant or Bar he or she works for. He or she provides support to the departmental management and guides the Rank & File colleagues in order to achieve the highest standards of service. The supervisor is also responsible to ensure colleague satisfaction and to provide all necessary equipment to them.
