L’apprenti(e) a un rôle opérationnel essentiel et travaille pour le département du Restaurant.
Il s’occupe de toutes les activités liées au séjour du client et est garant de la qualité de leur séjour.
Il Effectue un service de grande qualité, sert les plats et boissons commandées par le client avec courtoisie.
Il travaille en étroite collaboration avec les autres services de l’hôtel.
Il suit les standards et procédures Marriott et locales.
Il communique de manière claire et professionnelle.
Il reporte les conditions de travail, les blessures et accidents à son responsable.
Il est responsable de la mise en place des évènements (salon, catering), du suivi des consignes des BEOs, de la vérification.
Il est garant de la promesse clients et du respect des gold keys.
Son champ d’action inclut le restaurant, le bar (service et caisse) le banquet et le Market.
