Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is seeking a Senior Director of Revenue Management to lead the overall revenue strategy for two iconic UK properties, Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane and Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire.
This is a highly visible and strategic leadership role, suited to an experienced revenue professional who thrives in a multi property environment and is comfortable balancing big picture thinking with strong on property engagement.
About the Role:
As Senior Director of Revenue Management, you will set and execute the total revenue strategy across both hotels, ensuring performance optimisation while aligning closely with brand standards and guest expectations.
You will act as a senior commercial partner to General Managers, Sales, Marketing, and Operations leaders, leading revenue strategy across rooms and total hotel revenue streams. While based primarily at Park Lane, the role requires regular presence at Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire to maintain strong relationships and consistency across both teams.
This role combines strategic influence, people leadership, and hands on commercial ownership.
