The Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor is looking for their next Catering Manager to join their team.
The hotel is neatly situated near Baltimore’s scenic Inner Harbor, and adjacent to Oriole Park at Camden Yards. Directly linked to over a million additional square feet of space by covered pedestrian sky bridge to the Baltimore Convention Center. This property features 757 guestrooms and over 100,000 square feet of meeting space with their largest room being 26,712 square feet.
Our ideal candidate will bring proven catering sales experience, gained in a current or prior tenured Catering Sales Manager or Catering Sales Coordinator role. This position requires a driven, proactive seller who understands the local catering market and is motivated to prospect new business. The successful candidate will deliver a seamless, high-quality client experience from initial inquiry through event execution, demonstrating the planning expertise needed to book, detail, and flawlessly service events.
Shift Pattern: This role maintains a primarily Monday through Friday work schedule; however, flexibility is required to support early morning and late evening commitments, as well as weekends and holidays. These additional hours may be necessary to accommodate group events, site inspections, and hotel client engagement opportunities.
Pay Range: This is an hourly role at $33.00 per hour and qualifies to be part of the Hilton Sales Incentive Plan.
