Hilton Orlando is looking for a talented Part-Time Barista to join their team in Scratch Market! This is the hotel’s 24-hour gourmet marketplace that specializes in all things comforting and freshly made: the finest freshly ground Espressos and Coffees and gourmet, whole-leaf teas. Snack on pastries, sandwiches, pizzas and sides made from scratch in our kitchen daily with the freshest ingredients from local purveyors, cage-free eggs, and responsibly sourced products.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of barista experience, a friendly and outgoing demeanor, strong teamwork skills, the ability to work independently, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Although prior hotel, cashier, or food‑handling experience is preferred, it is not required.
Shift Pattern: Part-Time/ This role primarily supports evening shifts. Candidates must be available to work at least three shifts per week. Flexibility to cover morning shifts, weekdays, weekends, and holidays is required. Shift start times may be as early as 5:30 AM, and out times as late as 12:30 AM.
Pay Rate: $13.00 per hour, plus tips
