The Role

The In-Room Dining Supervisor plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional in-room dining experiences in line with Mandarin Oriental’s legendary service standards. This role is responsible for leading and overseeing the In-Room Dining team through proactive, interactive, and responsive supervision, ensuring each colleague is empowered to perform with confidence, professionalism, and excellence.

The In-Room Dining Supervisor ensures the seamless execution of all in-room dining operations, from order taking and preparation coordination to delivery and service follow-up. The role fosters a culture of anticipation, personalization, and attention to detail, creating memorable guest experiences that reflect the brand’s commitment to luxury hospitality.
