In-Room Dining Supervisor

Waldorf Astoria is looking for a In Room Dining Supervisor to join the Food and Beverage Team in Park City! 

 

With 150 rooms, 4,000 square feet of banquet space, and 3 food and beverage outlets, this award-winning Forbes 4-Star boutique property offers elevated comfort food inspired by mountain regions from around the world. This includes a 3-meal restaurant, seasonal pool restaurant, and in-room dining.

As a Room Service Supervisor, you’re not just overseeing the daily operations of in-room dining service – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

  • Supervise room service operations: Oversee and participate in daily room service operations, including ensuring guest service standards, product quality, and compliance with operational policies and procedures
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences: Monitor product and service quality, assess guest satisfaction, address issues, and make improvements to enhance the room service experience
  • Guide the team through each shift: Provide hands-on supervision, assist with scheduling, and mentor room service team members to foster a positive and productive work environment
  • Contribute to revenue growth: Assist with implementing marketing initiatives and up-selling techniques to promote room service sales and maximize profitability
  • Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
