As a Food & Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operations of the Hotel bar, including managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining inventory, and driving revenue growth. The role involves strategic planning, financial management, and adherence to health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management:
   • Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations, including opening and closing procedures.
   • Ensure high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
   • Monitor and adjust staff schedules to meet business needs.
2. Staff Management:
   • Recruit, hire, train, and develop staff members.
   • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
