Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver passionate, knowledgeable, and friendly service to both external guests and internal team members, creating a welcoming environment at all times
• Provide efficient food and beverage service within your designated section, anticipating guest needs to enhance their experience
• Confidently upsell specials and menu items as directed, contributing to an enhanced dining experience and revenue growth
• Maintain and clean all service equipment and ensure stock is well-prepared for seamless food and beverage service
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge, including menu ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation, to accurately answer guest inquiries and enhance the dining experience

Skills & Experience

• Proven track record in customer service within the hospitality sector
• Proficiency in food & beverage protocols, encompassing table service, beverage expertise, and coffee crafting skills (strongly valued)
• Flexibility across different schedules including weekends and public holidays as required
• Possession of a valid RSA or an equivalent qualification for the specific Country / State / Territory
