Le Responsable de Salle organise, en collaboration avec la Directrice Restauration, les différents points de vente dont il a la charge. Il s’assure de la qualité du service offert à la clientèle, manage et motive son équipe pour développer les ventes et la qualité. Il est garant des procédures Pedzouille, Rosé, ESSENDI et ACCOR, les développe et les transmet à son équipe ainsi qu’à sa clientèle. Il contribue ainsi au développement du chiffre d’affaires restauration par ses actions de vente. Il assure en collaboration avec la Directrice Restauration que tous les clients passent un moment convivial et apprécient leur expérience. Il doit également s’assurer du respect de l’application des règles d’hygiène et de sécurité.
