Job Description

 

What you’ll do…

  • Clean and properly store kitchen utensils, equipment, and tableware across all outlets
  • Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas including floors, work surfaces, and refrigeration units
  • Operate dishwashing machines and cleaning equipment correctly
  • Sort and dispose of waste in line with environmental and hygiene standards
  • Keep cleaning supplies stocked and report shortages to supervisors
  • Support the kitchen team in daily operations and assist with basic prep tasks such as cleaning vegetables or transporting goods
  • Follow all HACCP standards and internal hotel procedures
  • Work flexibly across different outlets as required by operations

 

Qualifications

 

What we’re looking for…

  • Strong awareness of hygiene and cleanliness
  • Reliable, careful, and detail-oriented working style
  • Flexible and team-oriented attitude
  • Willingness to work across different outlets, including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts
  • Experience in a kitchen or stewarding environment is a plus
