Au Novotel Paris Cœur d’Orly Airport, la réception est le cœur de l’expérience client. Nous recherchons aujourd’hui un Manager Réception capable d’accompagner et de développer une équipe engagée.
Votre rôle sera clé pour garantir l’excellence de l’accueil, structurer l’organisation de la réception et accompagner l’équipe dans sa montée en compétences.
Vos missions :
Votre profil
Vous êtes un professionnel confirmé de la réception, avec une expérience solide en management d’équipe.
Vous maîtrisez les opérations de front office et avez idéalement une très bonne connaissance du logiciel Opera Cloud, indispensable pour piloter efficacement l’activité.
Organisé, communicant et fédérateur, vous aimez transmettre votre savoir-faire et faire progresser les équipes.
