Who we are looking for

We are seeking a strategic and visionary hospitality leader with a passion for culinary excellence and luxury service, fluent in both Spanish & English. As Director of Food & Beverage, you will be responsible for defining and leading the overall F&B strategy of the resort, ensuring a distinctive, profitable, and world-class gastronomic offering aligned with The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards.

Your leadership will be instrumental in inspiring multidisciplinary teams, elevating the guest experience, and reinforcing the resort’s positioning as an internationally recognized culinary destination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the comprehensive Food & Beverage strategy in alignment with the resort’s vision and The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards.
  • Oversee all F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, banqueting, events, in-room dining, and specialty concepts.
  • Ensure exceptional, innovative, and memorable dining experiences across all guest touchpoints.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and engagement.
  • Drive financial performance through strategic budget management, cost control, revenue optimization, and inventory oversight.
  • Analyze financial and guest satisfaction metrics, implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Partner closely with Marketing and Revenue Management to position and promote the resort’s culinary concepts.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, brand presentation, food safety regulations (HACCP), and legal requirements.
  • Champion culinary innovation and emerging trends to strengthen the resort’s reputation and competitive edge.
  • Lead recruitment, training, performance management, and succession planning within the F&B division.
  • Represent the resort at culinary events, strategic partnerships, and with key suppliers.
