Here is where your greatest challenge awaits you:

Within the Project Factory team, part of the Strategy & Office entity, we are looking for a Lead Transversal Project Manager to drive new strategic initiatives as well as critical projects/programs for the department.

The Lead Transversal Project Manager intervenes upstream of projects to structure the strategic vision, qualify opportunities, and then build the appropriate project governance through to delivery and measurement of business impact.

In an international context and with an extremely rich and diversified product portfolio (website, app, hotel tools, distribution system…), they support various business owners and stakeholders in launching and monitoring new projects, orchestrating collective efforts across the entire organization and expertise areas.

You will be responsible for :

Strategic Dimension:

  • Strategic and impact studies: Analyze business opportunities, conduct operational and digital impact assessments to inform decisions and prioritize by value.
  • Market intelligence and benchmarking: Conduct market analyses and benchmarks to identify optimization and innovation opportunities for our products.
  • Decision support: Qualify, arbitrate and prioritize initiatives with a shared cross-functional approach in collaboration with stakeholders.
