Job Description

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Executive Assistant to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. In this pivotal role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, ensuring seamless operations and enabling leadership to focus on strategic initiatives. As an Executive Assistant, you will be the backbone of executive operations, managing complex schedules, coordinating communications, and supporting high-level decision-making through meticulous preparation and proactive problem-solving.

  • Provide full administrative support to executives, including calendar management, scheduling, and coordination of meetings across multiple time zones
  • Manage executive correspondence, emails, and communications with professionalism and discretion
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and meeting minutes for executive-level meetings and board discussions
  • Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of senior leadership, ensuring clarity and consistency in messaging
  • Organize and execute special projects and initiatives as assigned by executive leadership
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost professionalism and integrity
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, managing relationships with diplomacy and tact
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively address challenges before they escalate
  • Manage travel arrangements, expense reports, and logistical coordination for executives
  • Maintain organized filing systems, databases, and documentation for easy retrieval and reference
  • Support strategic planning and goal-setting initiatives through research, analysis, and documentation
