Job Description

Summary:
As a Recreation Agent, you’ll be at the heart of creating a fun and memorable experience for children. Your role involves setting up and managing engaging activities that align with our departmental standards, ensuring the activities area remains clean and welcoming. You’ll provide friendly guidance and support to both children and their families, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service.
In addition to maintaining the activities area and assisting with inventory, you will greet guests warmly, handle any issues or complaints with care, and ensure all safety protocols are followed. Your responsibilities also include completing necessary reports and participating in the organization of events and activities.
Your goal is to foster a lively, educational, and enjoyable environment, contributing to unforgettable experiences for the children in our care.

Responsibilities: 

  • Set Up Activities: Prepare and set up fun and interactive activities for guests, ensuring they meet departmental standards and provide an enjoyable experience.
  • Maintain Cleanliness: Perform general cleaning duties to keep the environment safe and welcoming. Regularly check the condition of the space and report any maintenance needs.
  • Guest Interaction: Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly attitude. Offer assistance and guidance regarding activities and equipment use.
  • Deliver Great Service: Ensure guests receive efficient and attentive service that exceeds their expectations.
  • Report Issues: Notify supervisors of any maintenance needs and handle or escalate complaints.
  • Ensure Safety: Confirm safety and collect signed disclaimers for activities.
  • Complete Reports: Accurately fill out all required departmental reports and forms.
  • Maintain Equipment: Keep all equipment in good condition.
  • Create Memorable Experiences: Foster a fun, educational, and memorable environment for children.
  • Participate in Activities: Engage in social, cultural activities, and assist with decorations.
  • Safety Assurance: Ensure all activities are conducted safely, with appropriate disclaimers signed by parents or guardians. Monitor all guests during every activity closely to maintain a safe environment.
  • Event Assistance: Be present and actively participate in organizing and executing special events and activities. Support your team in creating memorable experiences for the children.
  • Customer Service: Address any customer complaints or concerns promptly, escalating issues to a supervisor when necessary.
  • Documentation: Complete all required departmental reports and forms accurately and on time. Maintain records of any issues or incidents in the logbook.
  • Thai Nationality only.

Qualifications

Experience/Certificates/Education

  • Previous experience working with children, preferably in a recreational or educational setting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact positively with children and their families.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Basic understanding of safety protocols and the ability to enforce them.
  • Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Thai Nationality only.
