Rome Cavalieri, A Waldorf Astoria Hotel is seeking a highly skilled and visionary Drink Manager to lead and elevate the beverage experience across the property.
Reporting directly to the F&D Manager, this strategic role has transversal scope across all hotel venues and is designed to elevate, standardize and innovate the beverage experience, positioning drinks as a stronger pillar of the hotel’s identity and guest journey.
The position combines operational leadership, beverage expertise, guest experience, commercial oversight, and creative programming. The successful candidate will act as custodian of beverage standards across the hotel, curating a holistic drinks identity spanning cocktails, spirits, coffee, tea and supporting the wider wine experience.
