Job mission :  You will be responsible for the qualified, autonomous and responsible preparation, seasoning and presentation of dishes using the most suitable techniques. 

 

What will your main responsibilities be? 

  1. Collaborate in the management of orders for raw materials and kitchen supplies to the hotel’s storeroom. 
  2. Prepare, cook and present culinary products. 
  3. Assist in the assembly, service and dismantling of buffets. 
  4. Review and control the equipment used in the kitchen, reporting any issues. 
  5. Collaborate in the planning of menus and wine lists. 
  6. Collaborate in cost and inventory management, as well as in purchasing. 
  7. Control and take care of the conservation and use of the products made available to you. 

 

What are we looking for? 

  • A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position is required. 
  • Specialized training in cooking will be valued. 
  • Knowledge of the English language will be valued. 
  • Excellence in service and customer focus.
