ヒルトンニセコビレッジは、季節によってビジネス需要が異なりそれに応じた人員の採用が必要です。採用は国内外から積極的におこなっており、直接雇用だけではなく、姉妹ホテルからの冬季支援チームの招聘も行っています。採用活動にはこの招聘活動も含まれ、姉妹ホテルの人事とのやり取りやビザ発給のアシストも行っていただきます。
