Coffee Maker

The Hotel Sol Jandía by Meliá – Fuerteventura needs to hire a Coffee Maker.

Your mission

Responsible for the preparation, processing, and presentation of beverages and coffee shop products assigned to their area, ensuring efficient and high-quality service. This includes adhering to company standards and paying particular attention to presentation, customer service, and proper product handling, with the goal of guaranteeing guest and customer satisfaction and fostering loyalty.

What will your main responsibilities be?

• Preparation of basic breakfast foods (fruit cutting, cold cuts, cheeses, pastries).
• Prepare simple dishes: omelets, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, vegetables.
• Assemble and replenish hot and cold buffet trays.
• Continuously replenish the buffet to ensure availability and good presentation.
• Prepare simple hot dishes on demand or in advance.

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience in a similar position, preferably in hotels or hospitality establishments.
• Training in food handling and allergens.
• Customer focus and good service attitude.
• Good organization and teamwork skills.
• Flexible hours (morning or afternoon shifts with continuous hours).
• Availability to work weekends (rotating days off ).
