Overlooking the Venetian Lagoon and just steps from Piazza San Marco, Danieli, a Four Seasons Hotel, Venice is an iconic property offering elegant, spacious accommodations. The historic hotel showcases majestic Venetian architecture dating back to the 14th century. Guests can also enjoy spectacular views of Venice’s landmarks from the rooftop Restaurant Terrazza Danieli.

 

 

 

About the Role:

The Demi Chef de Partie supports the culinary team in preparing and presenting high‑quality dishes that reflect Four Seasons’ excellence. Working closely with the Chef de Partie, this role contributes to daily production, maintains impeccable hygiene and safety standards, and ensures a smooth and efficient operation within the assigned station.

 

What you will do:

  • Prepare food items for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service according to Four Seasons recipes, portioning guidelines, and presentation standards.
  • Set up and maintain your station throughout the shift, ensuring organization, cleanliness, and readiness.
  • Assist in daily mise en place and production, preparing items in line with operational forecasts and menu requirements.
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment in accordance with HACCP standards, ensuring proper use and cleaning of equipment.
  • Support the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in all kitchen operations, contributing to consistent quality and timely service.
  • Monitor the quality and freshness of ingredients and finished dishes.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and provide assistance across departments when needed.
