You are no stranger to remote locations and have experience with the logistics, have a passion for home grown and home made cuisine, team empowerment and development, being a collaborative leader and guest interactions.

Position: Executive Chef

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire our culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Develop and execute innovative menus that reflect the highest standards of culinary excellence.
Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, budgeting, and staff training.
Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and food safety.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Chef in luxury resorts of the highest caliber.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional creativity and a passion for culinary arts.
Excellent organizational, logistics and time management abilities.
Knowledge of the latest food trends and techniques.
Ability to thrive in a remote island setting and adapt to local resources.
